Steel belt (Strip belt)
Steel belts are said to be sections with a large difference in width and thickness.
The main material of the belts is st37 steel.
These parts are very diverse and can be used in various projects and all industries. be used.
Types of steel belts and the use of each belt
Galvanized belt
Application: electric and telephone cable
Cold rolled steel belt
Application: in electric and telephone cable, telecommunications, industries Car manufacturing, bicycle manufacturing, transformer, household appliances and radiator manufacturing
hot rolled steel belt
Application: packaging, door and window industries
stainless steel
Application: electric and telephone cables, kitchen utensils, knife making, surgical instruments, automobile and door making industries
* 300 series including steel 304 and 316 are the most widely used steel belts.
Aluminum, Monel and other alloys
They can replace steel and galvanized belts.

The production method of steel belts is divided into four categories:
1- Fabric belt
It is produced using cold and hot rolling and rolling furnaces with a rectangular cross-section with a very wide width.
To be made from steel ingots or scrap iron is used.
2- Machining belts
The production method is made by hot and cold rolling.
The machine belt is produced in three stages of cutting the sheet with a guillotine to a smaller width, ironing and bending the sheet, which is bent and warped due to the four cutting.
These belts have a smooth and rectangular surface.
3- Rolling belt
It is produced from steel billet after several rolling steps.
4- Trans belt
This type of belt has a completely polished surface.
For this reason, the least machining operation has been done on it and it has the minimum tolerance.
