This machine is used to prepare the product in the dry fruit production line. This device is also used for roasting nuts. For this reason, it is also called Shorken device. The desired nuts are put into the drying tank of this machine and after the excess moisture is removed from them, they are roasted into the tank to be cooked. Nuts are cooked and seasoned in this tank.
Different types of flavors can be used at this stage, including salt, lemon juice, vinegar, and angelica, which of course are poured in liquid form on dried fruits and nuts and roasted under indirect heat. After this stage and when the dried fruits are dried, all the products are filtered to remove the excess salt and other additives from their surface. At the end of this stage, the product is ready to be packed.

This device is also widely used. In many dry fruit sales centers, there is a special egg cooking machine, by means of which hot eggs are prepared and provided to the customer. When using this device, we first fill the tank halfway and then roast it. This is because seeds occupy less space than other dried fruits and nuts. But in other dried products, it is not possible to fill the tank of the devices of the dry product production line to half. After the dry product cooking machine is finished, the product goes to the weighing machine by means of the Z lifting device to be packed. The conveyor belt is also placed at the end of the production line and the packaged product moves on it for final checks. Since the process of producing and packing dried fruit is very similar to beans.
